Design Manufacturing Two Ways
Design for manufacture and product development can be easily split into two categories; the easy way and the hard way.
The hard way can be slightly more protracted at the front end, but will pay massive dividends at the end, where as the easy way may seem more simple and cost effective initially but may end up in you having to start again from scratch slowing your entire design process and costing a great deal of money in engineeering changes or even the actual re-manufacture of your plastic injection mould tooling. 
we believe in giving our client base as much advice as possible in terms of their personalised design manufacture process. Assisting them with their product develoment cycle, although this can seem protracted at the begining it will pay dividends in the end as you will have a robustly designed, easily manufactured mass produced product.

The unique manufacturing and design process at Omega Plastics encompasses using our Hand-loaded insert approach to tooling, allowing you to manufacture extremely low-volume and very complicated plastic injection mouled parts in the spec resin of your choice that would be impossible to manufacture from standard injection mould tool design. This allows the manufacture of extremely specialist plastic parts in part runs of 1+.
