Omega is renowned for its ability to manufacture injection mould tools very quickly.

We have invested a great deal of money in providing our Master plastic injection mouldmakers with the latest equipment and software, giving you the most efficient way of manufacturing injection mould tools.

Unique Rapid Tooling and injection moulding

Unlike other rapid tooling companies we don’t insist that your product be re-designed to fit our injection mould tool manufacturing process, we will manufacture your mould tool the way you want it manufactured and any design changes we advise will be for the benefit of your product or for future high or low volume moulding manufacturing requirements.

We can manufacture your injection tooling mould in any number of materials, to ensure you get the best longevity with your investment.

At any one time we carry enough standard bolsters in Both Aluminium and P20 steel to provide a month of manufacture for our master injection tool mouldmakers. Special or larger bolsters are normally available within days if your mould tool requires, or in the case of Aluminium we carry a large consignment stock, and, are capable of manufacturing bespoke bolsters very quickly.

Materials available are:

Aluminium- we use only the best injection mould grades available
P20- pre-toughened tool steel, gives you good longevity on most standard polymers
H13-Fully hardened-gives production volumes

Your Property, Not Ours!

All the injection tools we mould and manufacture remain the property of you, our client, we don’t retain any of the tooling ownership to tie you in to using us for repeat mould tooling of your product for ever, if you so wish once initial samples have been approved, you may take the tools off site to run at your preferred plastic injection moulding supplier. Any IP becomes your property should we advise you of any design for manufacture changes to improve your product.

The lead-times we quote are not for tool build, if we quote you 2 weeks, on the last day of the second week you will receive the first ten samples from your plastic injection mould tool in your hand for your approval.

Master Mouldmakers Expertise

Our master plastic injection mouldmakers use their vast experience to produce your tooling to exacting standards. We base our manufacturing ethic on “one man one mould”. Traditional injection mould tooling, with the technology to support it. Our master mouldmakers are responsible for the procurement of materials, the mould tooling design, the generation of the tooling cutter paths, wire erosion, spark erosion, and assembly of the tooling, including all the waterways, ejection, sprue’s etc.
