First of all thank you for the brilliant work you did for us. Your flexibility and organisation really impressed me. At first glance the parts seem to be great, we will now run a deeper dimiensional analysis for functional zone.

There will not be big modifications on moulds, but for sure there will be little improvements on the trigger.

Peter Hi, just a brief note to say thanks for the work done so far!

Mark has described the hassles that he has had to endure and i am sure he hasn't really described what a pig of a job he has had trying to get this project working!

We both thought that it was a no goer, however on receipt of the 80 shore he experimented to see how it would preform.

From the numerous conversations that we have had is evident that he is not only highly knowledgeable but also very determined, a real credit to Omega-Plastics.

He has provided me with 10 excellent samples in 80 shore, they are full and free of bubbling, the critical feature definition is excellent.

I have asked him to provide me with some 60 and 70 shore samples of the same quality.

We all knew that this was going to be a tricky job and mark has pulled the rabbit put of the hat with the 80 shore.

So i know that these can be made in that shore value for TPU, i also need to know whether it can be made in 60 and 70 shore.

Would you please pass on my thanks to mark for his excellent support and i look forward to receiving the remaining 40 samples in 60 and 70 shore.
