Omega Plastics has an impressive range of plastic injection moulding capacity, ranging from 30 tonnes up to 200 tonnes. Including all the ancillary plastic injection moulding equipment you will find in any production mould shop, moulds heaters, dryers, hot runner controllers, conveyors etc

Latest Machining and Expertise

All of our plastic injection moulding presses are Sandretto series 8 machines and are well maintained as is all plastic injection moulding equipment within our factory.

Our highly motivated plastic injection moulding setters and operators are fully trained on the use of Aluminium hand-loaded tooling giving you the longevity you need with the quality you demand.

Plastic Mould Tooling

We can manufacture your tooling in Aluminium, P20 or fully hardened H13. These can all be hand-loaded or fully automated depending upon your volume or speed requirements on your plastic injection parts.

We can provide your plastic injection parts in any standard injection mouldable polymers, in any volume you require. If you need 1 part we will run it for you, the same goes if you need 1,000,000 plastic injection moulded parts.

We can over-mould any number of threaded inserts, metal fret connectors or other plastic injection parts, to give you that professional production look to your low volume product.
